SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping possible. 

​

I accept payments through Paypal, by credit card or bank transfer.

​

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 days after payment is recived.

Keep this in account when you pay by bank transfer, because it will take longer for the money to show on my bank account. 

When you have special wishes or when the item is not in stock shipment can take longer (10-15 days). When this is the case I will contact you. 
If you want to be sure that an item will arrive before a certain date, contact me, so I can check if this is possible.

Jewelry will be shipped with BPost/Post NL or DPD. 

When your items are shipped you will recieve an email with the track and trace code, so you can follow the delivery.

Shipment within Belgium: free with orders above  EUR 80,00. Below this amount the delivery fee is  EUR 4,OO. 

​

Shipment to the Nederlands/Luxembourg: free with orders above  EUR 150,00. Below this amount the delivery fee is EUR 5,00. 

​

Shipment  to other EU-countries: Delivery fee is EUR 10,00. 

​

Other countries: Delivery fee is EUR 18,00. 

​

The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or other extra costs that the shipping company or customs might claim. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or other happenings beyond our control.

Shipping can take up to two or three weeks to reach the destination, depending on your location. You can follow your order through its Tracking number.

​

The item will be shipped to the address provided at the checkout unless clearly specified otherwise. 

​

The jewels are shipped in a gift box wrapped in a bubble mailer or a box with silk paper for protection.

RETURNS

I do my best to accuratley describe and photograph my jewelry. But because of the process of enameling every piece is one of a kind. Because of this, it is not always possible to make a replacement if an earring gets lost. I do, however, provide earring backs with all earring purchases to help prevent this from happening. 

If you have any questions about an item after reading the discription, feel free to contact me for more information and images.

I package all my items with great care and work with well known shipping cariers (B-Post / Post NL / DPD). If an item is damaged during shipping and you are able to provide me with prompt notification, I will file a claim with the carrier, and you will be refunded or an exchange will be made upon post office approval.  If a refund is granted for damaged goods during shipping, I require all unworn jewelry to be returned in original packaging before a refund/exchange is given. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

 

I am not responsible for carelessness on your behalf if an item is not taken care of properly (i.e. chipped enamel due to being dropped, stolen, or lost.. including from your ears).

If there is a defect in your item (broken clasp, broken chain, poorly soldered join, etc.) within six months of purchase, I encourage you to contact me so I can repair it to the best of my ability and return it to you free of charge. (excluding carelessness)  After this period I still encourage you to contact me so I can see if the item is repairable, but this will not be free of charge. I will always communicate the repairfee with you.

All items purchased at art fairs or other events are non returnable.
